Artist Notes field
Add a private notes category on each Artist's page. We need to note all sorts of things but cannot in SAM. this is the best location for keeping these data visible and manageable amongst multiple staff.
Could include licence agreements information

We need a notes field for Artists to note confidential information - artists are highly mobile, and their lives are volatile, and we need to track them for pick ups, etc. It would benefit us if we could keep notes for artists' lives in SAM that ALL staff could access (so not in the confidential field).
