Integrate SAM with Accounting Software such as Xero or QuickBook.
Integrating SAM with any accounting software would automate and simplify a lot of manual process in terms of replicating sales data information from SAM to any financial system. It would also provide greater visibility in terms of sales for both the art centre and the finance for example invoice generated in SAM should be automatically feeding straight to the financial system and payment of invoices should be the same where the finance team receives payment and art centres should be able to automatically looking at paid invoices in SAM. The current system of exporting is time consuming (very labour intensive). Please look at developing an API for SAM to be able to integrate with financial systems.

Yes you can export your data from SAM into MYOB, QuickBooks and Xero. Can this one be reopened... the response does not address the question... and i would like to vote on this one also - an integration would eliminate the export import function, it would be instantaneous.
