Help Knowledge Base – opening it in a separate frame

·        Click on 

·        Write in key word or words for the search and click Next

·        If Knowledge base has this coved you will be given a choice of topics to select, choose one

·        Enlarge to full window by doing the following if it’s too small 

If you would like to view both the answers and the information side by side in separate windows:

·        In the top right hand corner select ‘restore down’ 

·        Drag the http://feedback.sam.org.au/  tab into a new window so that it sits side by side the sam website.
