Adding Videos to Artwork Information

Includes: Ways to add Video and Online reports to SAM Artwork information. This is for videos stored with YouTube, VIMEO and IndigiTube or any URL.

Adding Video


  1. Go [Search], Select [Search Artwork] 
  2. Select the Artwork.
  3. Click [Edit]
  4. Video will now have 3 rows, Video, [Video Title], [Video Url].
  5. In [Video Title] enter the name of the video you wish to link to this artwork.
  6. In [Video Url], this is where you paste the URL for the video you want to show.
  7. Click [Save]
  8. Now the Video is a link, which will take you to the video if clicked.

This can be added to reports if required.
