allow for GST function in 'stock' artworks, to be included/excluded in price (like products)
allow for GST function in 'stock' artworks, to be included/excluded in price (like products). currently pour baskets only display excl GST price in artwork profile, which doesn't equate to the prices at POS, or on barcode labels (which are GST incl)
