Artwork Weight
On the cataloguing page, please add a column that allows the weight of the artwork to be added. This would help with managing website sales.
Altering the default weight individually after activating the artwork is too time-consuming.

Artist Payment Reference
In Artist Payments, have an option to change the default setting of Payment Ref eg Transfer

Artist Payments Advances
When you are making an Artist Payment and advancing against more than 1 artwork - please add to the Advance list - Sale amount Collumn so you can see how much the artwork sale price, and also a field to enter how much advance on individual artworks you want to make. So if you are total advancing $100 to the artist but you want to split the advance between 2 artworks - $25 and $75, so that you can allocate those accordingly

Export - Payments
Payments from the Art Centre account get exported the same as from artists accounts, currently they are not exported at all.

Larger text field in Accounts
Catalogue --> Advances - there is plenty of space in the 'Details' text field, but there seems to be a character limit - is it possible to increase the limit to match the space?
1 voteWe limit this space because of the accounts section which will display it … but this can be reviewed and could be updated.
